Naoko Takeuchi is a Japanese mangaka who is best known for her work “Sailor Moon”. The manga was already adapted into an anime in 1992 and now includes numerous spin-offs. She even received the Kodansha Manga Award for it in 1993.

On 6 January 1999, she married the artist of the series “YuYu Hakusho” and “Hunter x Hunter”, Yoshihiro Togashi.

Naoko Takeuchi ist eine japanische Mangaka, die vor allem durch ihr Werk „Sailor Moon“ Bekanntheit erlangte. Der Manga erhielt bereits im Jahr 1992 eine Anime-Adaption und umfasst nun zahlreiche Ableger. Sie erhielt 1993 dafür sogar den Kodansha Manga Award.
