Naoko Shiraishi is a Japanese animation producer and entrepreneur. She worked for SHAFT and Gainax studios in the past before founding the animation studio Millepensee in 2013. She serves as the active CEO of Millepensee and the CG animation studio lXlXl, as well as Vice President of Durandal.
She is married to director Shin Itagaki, who also works at Millepensee.
