Atsuko Watanabe is a Japanese animator and character designer born on December 2, 1983, in Tokyo Prefecture, Japan.

She graduated from Toei Animation Kenkyuujo and worked as an animator for the animation studio Studio Live for many years. She currently works as a freelance artist.
