Synopsis
Through his unfortunately deceased patient Sarina, doctor Goro Amemiya became a huge fan of the idol Ai Hoshino. However, he never imagined that one day he would see her live. And yet: together with her manager, she is now standing in front of him … pregnant?! Ai thought a doctor in a rural area wouldn’t know her and travelled all the way from Tokyo. And although Goro is a hardcore fan, she entrusts him as her doctor with the birth of her twins. Days, weeks, and months pass, and the birth of her children finally arrives. Her dream of a family is right within her grasp! That day, a great misfortune happens: Goro is murdered by a stalker …
But that’s not the end of him because he is reborn as Aquamarine Hoshino, the son of his dearest idol! However, he is not the only one reborn because his sister Ruby seems to be a reincarnation of another person as well – Sarina, though Goro is unaware of this. Now, it’s up to the two of them to enjoy life as the child of their idol! At least until everything changes one fateful day …
