Buena Vista Home Entertainment Inc. ist ein amerikanischer Filmverleiher, welcher 1987 gegründet wurde. Das Unternehmen veröffentlicht unter verschiedenen Labels wie Walt Disney Home Entertainment und Touchstone Home Entertainment Filme und Serien auf DVD und Blu-ray. Ursprünglich am 13. Februar 1987 als Buena Vista Home Video gegründet, wurde das Unternehmen später im April 1996 ein Tochterunternehmen von The Walt Disney Studios, nachdem Disney mit ABC fusionierte. Die Umbenennung in den heutigen Namen erfolgte schließlich 1997.

Die Ursprünge des Hauptlabels Walt Disney Home Entertainment gehen jedoch schon weiter zurück, als 1981 der Filmverleiher 1981 unter dem Label Walt Disney Home Video die ersten Disney-Produktionen auf VHS veröffentlichte. Selbst trat schließlich Disney als Filmverleiher im Jahr 1978 mit dem Namen Walt Disney Home Video auf.
