Bandai Visual USA, Inc. was founded in 2005 and was an American subsidiary of the Japanese company Bandai Visual.

The company was taken over by Bandai Entertainment in 2008 and integrated into the existing company structure. On the 1st July 2008 Bandai Visual USA was closed completely.
