Interchannel Inc. is a Japanese video game manufacturer and publisher founded in October 1995 as NEC Interchannel and renamed Interchannel Inc. on July 1, 2004.

In the meantime, the company was known as Interchannel-Holon from August 1, 2006, to August 11, 2008, following a merger with the company Holon. At the same time, however, the Interchannel imprint continued to be used in factories.

On August 11, 2008, Index Visual and Games merged with Interchannel-Holon and the company was again renamed Interchannel Inc., its current name.

The primary shareholders of the company are Index Corporation and BIGLOBE.

Interchannel Inc. ist ein japanischer Videospielehersteller und Publisher, der im Oktober 1995 als NEC Interchannel gegründet und am 1. Juli 2004 in Interchannel Inc. umbenannt wurde.

Zwischenzeitlich trug das Unternehmen vom 1. August 2006 bis 11. August 2008 nach einer Fusion mit der Firma Holon den Namen Interchannel-Holon. Zeitgleich wurde das Imprint Interchannel jedoch weiterhin in Werken genutzt.

Am 11. August 2008 fusionierte Index Visual and Games mit Interchannel-Holon und das Unternehmen wurde erneut in Interchannel Inc., den heutigen Namen, umbenannt.

Die Hauptaktionäre der Firma sind die Index Corporation und BIGLOBE.

Am 1. September 2009 sowie am 1. März 2010 wurden einige Teile der Firma, darunter die meisten der noch laufenden Videospiele unter Interchannel Inc., an andere Unternehmen transferiert. Seitdem beschäftigt sich die Firma nur noch mit dem Planen, Produzieren und Verkauf von Videoproduktionen.
