CoMix Wave Films Inc. is a Japanese animation film studio founded in March 2007. It is based in the Chiyoda district in Tokyo.

The company used to be the entertainment and animation MD Division of CoMix Wave Inc. The division was launched in 2000 as the MD Division and was initially responsible for writers, artists and directors contracts and film production. In 2002, the CW Films label was established and operated through the division.

CoMix Wave Inc. was formed in 1998 after the merchandising division of THINK Corporation became independent. Partners of the newly formed company included ITOCHU, NAS and THINK Corporation. The aim of the newly founded company was to produce anime.

In 2007, CoMix Wave Inc. ceased to exist in that form. Three new companies were founded in the process. CoMix Wave Films Inc., Bull’s Eye Inc. and minori.

The company’s current largest stockholders include Noritaka Kawaguchi, Animate and Marine Entertainment.
