ENGI Co.Ltd. is a Japanese animation studio founded on April 4, 2018, as a joint venture between Kadokawa (53% stake), Sammy (40% stake) and ULTRA SUPER PICTURES (5% stake).

The CEO of ULTRA SUPER PICTURES, Hiroaki Matsuura, acts as a consultant for ENGI Co.Ltd.

The company is headquartered in Nakano Ward, Tokyo City. It also has additional studios in Kurashiki, Okayama Prefecture, and Sapporo, Hokkaido Prefecture.
