The company’s origins lie with Aoi Promotion, founded on October 25, 1963. In July 2012, the company was renamed AOI Pro. Inc. In July 2016, it was announced that the company would establish a joint holding company with TYO. On January 4, 2017, the joint holding company AOI TYO Holdings was finally established.
