Gakken Holdings Company, Limited is Japanese holding company. The headquarters are located in the Shinagawa district of the city of Tokyo.

The company was founded by Hideto Furuoka as Gakken in 1947. In October 2009, the company went through a re-organisation during which it was transformed into a holding and its name was changed to its current name.
