Avex Fan Marketing Inc. is a Japanese digital content company and a subsidiary of Avex Group Holdings. Its headquarters are located in the Minato district of Tokyo.

The company was founded on October 1, 2004, as Avex Co., Ltd. The company was formed by splitting up the former Avex company and renaming it as a holding company, Avex Group Holdings.

The following year, on April 1, 2005, the company was renamed Avex Entertainment Inc. All music software-related activities were transferred to Avex Marketing Communications. At the beginning of April 2008, all marketing activities were transferred to Avex Marketing.

On April 1, 2014, the merger with Avex Marketing took place to form the company Avex Pictures. In July 2014, all music activities were transferred to Avex Marketing’s video department. The company was also renamed avex digital Inc.

On August 1, 2023, the company was renamed Avex Fan Marketing Inc.

Am 1. April 2005 des darauffolgenden Jahres wurde das Unternehmen in Avex Entertainment Inc. umbenannt. Alle Musik-Software-relevanten Bereiche wurden an das Unternehmen Avex Marketing Communications transferiert. Anfang April 2008 wurden alle Marketing-Tätigkeiten an das Unternehmen Avex Marketing transferiert.

Am 1. April 2014 erfolgte die Fusion mit Avex Marketing, um das Unternehmen Avex Pictures zu gründen. Im Juli 2014 erfolgte der Transfer aller Musiktätigkeiten an Avex Marketings Videoabteilung. Ebenso wurde das Unternehmen in avex digital Inc. umbenannt.

Am 1. August 2023 wurde das Unternehmen in Avex Fan Marketing Inc. umbenannt.
