ufotable, Inc. is a Japanese animation studio founded in October 2000 by former TMS Entertainment employees. The headquarters are currently located in the Nakano district in the city of Tokyo.

The company established a subsidiary, ufotable Tokushima, in the city of Tokushima in April 2009.
