JVC Kenwood Victor Entertainment, formerly known as Victor Entertainment or Victor Music Industries, was founded in Yokohama, Japan on the 25th April 1972. JVC Kenwood Victor Entertainment is a subsidiary of Victor Company of Japan. It was renamed Victor Entertainment on the 1st April 1993 through the merger with Nihon AVC, Inc. The headquarters are located in Tokyo, Japan.

On the 1st April 2014, it was renamed again to its current name JVC Kenwood Victor Entertainment.

JVC Kenwood Victor Entertainment Corp., früher bekannt als Victor Entertainment oder auch Victor Music Industries, wurde am 25. April 1972 in Yokohama, Japan gegründet. JVC Kenwood Victor Entertainment ist ein Tochterunternehmen der JVCKENWOOD Corporation.

Die Umbenennung zu Victor Entertainment erfolgte am 1. April 1993 durch den Zusammenschluss mit Nihon AVC, Inc. Der Unternehmenssitz ist in Tokio, Japan.

Dadurch, dass Victor Company of Japan, Limited aufgelöst und in JVCKENWOOD Corporation integriert wird, wird das Unternehmen neu ein Tochterunternehmen von letzterem.

Am 1. April 2014 erfolgte eine erneute Umbenennung zu dem aktuellen Firmennamen JVC Kenwood Victor Entertainment.
