P.A. Works Co., Ltd. is a Japanese animation studio headquartered in Nanto, Toyama Prefecture, Japan, and was founded on the 10th November 2000.

The company was founded by Kenji Horikawa who previously worked at Tatsunoko Production and before that as a producer at Production I.G. and as a director at Bee Train. The company was originally founded under the name Etchuu Douga Honpo before being renamed to its current name on the 1st January 2002.

The main subsidiaries include PALABO, PA-X and PARUS.
